FORUM LAWS ACT, 2015
AN Act to define laws of the forum which all people or peoples whatsoever using, accessing and participating in, must abide by.
WE, the Administrator of this Forum, the Forum of the Kingdom of Nortain and Hoebrideland, and the King of the same, hereby declare, enact and state that the following laws be the rules and regulations that people and peoples whatsoever whom use, access and participate through partaking in the activities of the forum, must follow.
II. BE it further enacted that people or peoples whatsoever as aforementioned Must refrain, withhold and not commit the infractions following, and that if said person or persons aforementioned do commit, that they shall be punished through the use of the banning function of the website.
- Written abuse of fellow people
- Written abuse of superiors
- Intention to defraud, abuse or otherwise injure or damage anybody
- Threatening to abuse, defraud, murder, injure or damage anybody
- Commenting with the intent to incite abuse or anger
- Use of the Postal System to commit any of the above
III. BE it further enacted that the following infractions will result in punishments determined by the prosecutor.
- Conducting transactions with legal tender of any sort
- Commenting or thread-making with the purpose of advertising or spamming
- Accusing members of any infringement without reason
- Posting material that may be deemed offensive to a certain racial group†
Posting material :-
- In the incorrect section
- With vague or without detailed titles
- That is irrelevant to the topic discussed
- That may be offensive to young children
- With words intentionally misspelt or abbreviated in a non-standard format
- With vague or impertinent messages
V. BE it further enacted that the Prosecution may take anyone to account for any behaviour that is deemed unacceptable and that all persons such accused shall have the right to a trial of the Administrator, Prosecutor, Defendant and one Witness of the Defendant's choosing.
VI. PROVIDED that any Australian or US laws are not broken in the implementation and practice of such laws.
VII. † REFERRING to the dagger in section 3 above, provided that it is further and also offensive to the majority of the population and that any reasonable adult may take offence at it.
